Kreative Tek Solutions provides custom software development services including web application development, mobile application development, SaaS platform engineering, API development and integration, and software consulting. Specific deliverables, timelines, and payment terms are defined in individual project agreements.

You agree not to:

• Use our website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our website or systems
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Scrape, harvest, or extract data from our website without permission
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Kreative Tek Solutions or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

For client projects, intellectual property ownership is defined in the applicable project agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, upon full payment of all project fees, we assign to the client the intellectual property rights in the custom deliverables created specifically for that client.

We retain ownership of pre-existing tools, libraries, frameworks, and methodologies used in delivering services, as well as any work product not specifically assigned to a client.

Clients engaging our services agree to:

• Provide timely feedback and approvals as required by the project timeline
• Ensure all content and materials provided to us do not infringe third-party rights
• Make payments in accordance with agreed payment schedules
• Maintain confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the engagement

We treat all client information and project details as confidential. We do not disclose your project requirements, technical architecture, or business information to third parties without your consent, except as required to deliver the agreed services (e.g., using cloud infrastructure providers) or as required by law.

If you require a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), we are happy to execute one prior to any detailed discussions.

Payment terms for professional services are defined in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 14 days of issuance. Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 1.5% per month on outstanding balances.

We reserve the right to suspend services on accounts with overdue invoices after reasonable notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kreative Tek Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the three months preceding the claim.

Our website is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Professional services are delivered with reasonable skill and care. Specific warranties applicable to project deliverables are defined in individual project agreements.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Orange County, California.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
