Overview

Kreative Tek Solutions ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of our clients, website visitors, and job applicants. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and share information when you interact with kreativeteksolutions.com or engage our services.

By using our website or services, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our website and services.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, including:

  • Contact details (name, email, phone) submitted via forms
  • Project details and requirements shared during consultations
  • Booking details when you schedule a consultation: your name, email, phone number (for phone meetings), your time zone, your preferred meeting medium, and any notes you add
  • Career application data (resume links, work samples, responses)
  • Payment records for invoices: amounts, payment method, and the transaction reference returned by Stripe or PayPal. Card, bank, and PayPal credentials are entered directly with those providers and never reach our servers
  • Communications you send to us via email or chat
  • Business contact details (company, website, business email) that we gather from public business listings and websites during our own research when we reach out to prospective clients

We also collect information automatically when you visit our site:

  • IP address and approximate location (country/region level)
  • Browser type, operating system, and device information
  • Pages visited, referral URL, and time on site
  • Error and performance data reported to Sentry, which is only active when error monitoring is enabled for the environment

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to inquiries and provide requested services
  • Process transactions and deliver project deliverables
  • Send project updates, invoices, and service communications
  • Contact prospective business clients about services that may be relevant to them — every such email carries a visible unsubscribe link
  • Review and process job applications
  • Improve our website and detect technical issues
  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for targeted advertising.

Cookies and Tracking

Our website uses essential cookies required for proper functionality — the session cookies that keep you signed in to our client and admin dashboards. We do not use advertising or remarketing cookies.

Cloudflare Turnstile verifies that form submissions come from a real person. It guards our contact forms, the pre-chat verification step, and the consultation booking form: the widget runs a browser challenge and returns a short-lived token that we verify server-side, and Cloudflare may hold its own challenge state for the duration of that check.

When analytics is enabled we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used. GA4 sets its own analytics cookies and receives the pages you visit plus interaction events — for example, that a contact form was submitted or that a consultation was booked. Those events carry no names, email addresses, or other personal details; we deliberately send only non-identifying event data.

We use Sentry for application error monitoring, which may collect diagnostic data — the error itself, the page or route where it occurred, and technical details about the browser — to help us identify and fix technical issues. Error reporting only runs when monitoring is enabled for the environment, and no personally identifiable information is intentionally sent to Sentry.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

  • Supabase (self-hosted) — database, authentication, and file storage for our systems, running on infrastructure we operate ourselves.
  • Stripe & PayPal — payment processing for invoices. Your card, bank, or PayPal credentials go directly to the provider; we only receive the payment result and a transaction reference. These services are governed by their own privacy policies.
  • Google Analytics 4 — website usage analytics, active only when analytics is enabled.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile — bot protection on our contact, chat, and booking forms.
  • Sentry — error monitoring and performance tracing, active only when monitoring is enabled.
  • MXRoute — email hosting and delivery for our mailboxes, including notifications, proposal and outreach email, and chat transcripts you ask us to send you.

Each service operates under its own privacy policy. We select providers that maintain appropriate data protection standards.

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy or as required by law. In practice:

  • Chat transcripts — visitor-facing website chats and their messages are deleted 90 days after the conversation is closed or archived. A scheduled cleanup job purges them automatically, messages included. Internal team conversations are not part of that purge.
  • Outreach opt-outs — when you unsubscribe, hard-bounce, or ask us to stop contacting you, your address goes on a suppression list that we keep indefinitely. The only purpose of that record is to make sure we never contact you again.
  • Client project data — retained for the duration of the client relationship plus a reasonable period thereafter, to meet contractual and accounting obligations.
  • Career application data — retained for up to 12 months unless otherwise requested.

Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data (subject to legal obligations)
  • Unsubscribe from our outreach email — every business development email we send includes a visible unsubscribe link, and confirming the unsubscribe (one click in your mail client, or on the page the link opens) stops all further messages permanently. You can also just reply and ask us to stop
  • Opt out of certain data processing activities
  • Data portability where technically feasible

To exercise these rights — including requesting a copy of your data or its deletion — contact us at [email protected].

Children's Privacy

Our website and services are not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
