Stream EverythingOne Unified AppAny Screen
We built a native Flutter app that aggregates 100+ streaming providers into one seamless experience — auto-resolving the best stream, syncing watch history, and casting to any screen.

Streaming Fragmentation Was Ruining Discovery
Modern viewers juggle 7+ subscription services yet still can't find where to watch specific titles without searching each app individually. Watch lists are scattered across platforms, ratings live in silos, and resume playback only works within each walled garden — there's no unified history. Users waste an average of 12 minutes per session just deciding what to watch and where it's available. Piracy rates were climbing among frustrated users who simply wanted one place to search, track, and stream everything they were already paying for. The market desperately needed an aggregator that could resolve streams across providers while keeping watch history and ratings in sync.

Where the operation was leaking value
The problem was not one broken screen. It was a chain of small operational delays compounding across every shift.

One App to
Stream It All
We engineered a cross-platform Flutter application that aggregates 100+ streaming providers through a custom-built stream resolution engine. The app queries TMDB and IMDB for metadata, cross-references availability across all linked services, and auto-selects the highest-quality playable stream for each title. A local SQLite database caches user libraries offline while Trakt.tv integration syncs watch history, ratings, and collections across devices. The custom video player adapts bitrate in real-time and supports casting to Chromecast, AirPlay, and DLNA devices. Built from the ground up for iOS, Android, desktop, and smart TV platforms from a single codebase.
From disconnected work
to one live system.
Fewer handoffs, faster decisions, and one source of truth connecting the teams, devices, and workflows that used to drift apart.

Architecture Built
For the Outcome.
Each technical decision maps to a business constraint: speed, resilience, scale, privacy, or long-term maintainability.
“We chose Flutter over React Native because TV platform support and native video player integrations required deep platform access that only Flutter's custom embedder architecture could provide without forking.”
