  • Q: Why are there not a lot of projects in the portfolio?
  • A: There is not a lot of products in the portfolio because most projects we complete are bound by a NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement). For that reasons if our clients say we cannot take credit or state them as a client we have to respect their decision.
  • Q: How can you offer so many services?
  • A: We offer the several services listed in the services page because most of them tie in with each other in some respect. We have people who are qualified to perform the services requested, needed, and listed.
  • Q: How does the website load so fast?
  • A: The website loads fast because it is created in html5, css3, and a few scripting languages. In other words this site is not made using any sort of CMS (Content Management System) such as WordPress, Joomla, and so on.
  • Q: Why can I not find your address on google maps?
  • A: The provided address is a mailbox to send inquires and for other purposes. We will soon be moving to another location where clients may come in and address issues or inquire about projects.
  • Q: What happens to the email I use on contact & other forms on this site?
  • A: All information provide will be kept personal & will not be disclosed to the public without the clients consent. This is applicable to email, name, number, address, and anything else that is provided.
  • Q: Are the services you are offering hard or impossible to learn myself?
  • A: Yes & No. The difficulty will depend on the service that is being referred and stating the difficulty is a very subjective matter. Is it impossible no is not impossible it will just take time, which is something most people do not have a lot of.
  • Q: What was the reason for creating the company?
  • A: This company was created to provide several people both older & newer generations assistance in various tasks that may be a bit more difficult for some people due to the lack of technological knowledge.
  • Q: Can I order a package from the site directly?
  • A: No, the objective of the packages page is to provide the possible client with a rough estimation of how much a project might cost & a possible deal with the package instead of getting each service separately.
  • Q: Will there be user accounts in the future?
  • A: In the future this is a possibility, if that does happen we may implement an option to purchase packages through the site itself.
  • Q: How will the live chat work?
  • A: Currently, we are not sure how we are going to implement the live chat.
  • Q: Does the number & email provided work or is that like the address?
  • A: Both the number & email work flawlessly along with all the forms on the website.
  • Q: How does the subscription work?
  • A: The subscription will send the clients updated package & service information every month regardless of a change in the packages or services offered.
  • Q: How do I opt out of the monthly subscription?
  • A: You can contact us via the form and request us to remove it manually or you may unsubscribe via the monthly emails you receive. There will be a link toward the end which will state to unsubscribe click here.
  • Q: If I would like to hire you where would we meet and what is the process?
  • A: Because currently we do not have an actual location we would send a rep out to talk to you and meet wherever you may be comfortable. As for the process if we come to a conclusion and determine we are capable of doing the specified task we would get a contract typed up and proceed with a few other formalities. Once that is complete we would proceed on the work according to the contract which is agreed upon by both parties.
  • Q: Where are you located?
  • A: We are located in Placentia and others in the company work remotely from several different destinations.
  • Q: How do you charge for projects?
  • A: Normally, we charge a flat fee for a project depending on the project. But there have been incidents we have charged per hour. The fee is all determined by the type of project and the expected requirements of the project.
  • Q: How far does your company provide service?
  • A: The distance is all determined based on the project. We do not mind traveling if that is what is needed for the project but if traveling is included then the price of the project will also get affected.
  • Q: What is your average project turn over?
  • A: We cannot state that because as stated before every project is different. That being said if we state a specific average time frame we do not want to be obliged to finish something within that time frame especially if that is not possible by our development team.
  • Q: You also provide design services besides Software, Hardware, and Networking?
  • A: That is correct. Along with the services listed, under software we have stated we do designing as well. Though that is not our primary focus we do provide that service to try and keep the entire project synced within our company.
  • Q: Do you charge tax?
  • A: We currently are trying to avoid service task and will strictly be charging only a service fee. If the project requires hardware or other materials that must be purchased which the client will own, then tax on the product will be charged unless we go and obtain the materials and hardware. If that is the case we will charge a service fee for getting the hardware on top of the price of the hardware. Note: We are not selling you the hardware or material we are just purchasing it and charging you a fee for our service of obtaining the resources.
